At Grasp The Adventure, our number 1 goal is to promote the spirit of adventure and the love of nature while forming bonds as strong as the mountains we hike on. We sincerely view all the hikers that joined our previous trips as friends and family, this is why we do our best to keep them safe and happy at all times. So besides going on awesome hikes to jaw-dropping sights, you’ll also be making new, like-minded friends.

Remain calm and read on!
1) So you want to join but you’re also freaking out that you may not be experienced enough for this trek, well you really shouldn’t be. The great thing about the trails we’ll be taking is that they require absolutely no technical experience and are actually suitable for beginners with good fitness levels. The maximum altitude that we will be reaching is 3860 m which is a great achievement; however, we will be taking it slow and will allow enough time for our bodies to acclimatize. It is meant to be a challenge though, we want you to step way out of your comfort zone, and come out the other side feeling victorious!
2) If you are thinking 'well I do enjoy hiking but I don't want to go on an entire 1 week trip just to hike' then rest assured that this trip ain't all about hiking only! Scroll down to the itinerary and you'll see what we mean
3) We are committed to helping you expand your comfort zone, all you need to do is to keep a positive mental attitude thats why:

We will bid our loyal steeds goodbye after breakfast and head back to Bishkek for our final day on this great adventure. In the capital, we will visit the Osh Bazaar to brush the dust off our haggling skills and stock up on souvenirs. This is also a great place to get a sense of the Kyrgyz bazaar atmosphere. Afterwards, we will head to a traditional restaurant for our farewell lunch where we'll share bread, stories, laughter and maybe even tears. Finally, we will be transported back to the airport for our return flight. It may be the end of the trip but I guarantee you the bonds formed this week will never be forgotten for they are stronger than the mountains we hiked on. Merely 8 days ago some of us were strangers, but now we're one big Grasper Family!
