Service Description

Meeting Time: 3 PM SHARP Location: Q43M+7G - Ras al Khaimah Hike Overall Difficulty: 3/10 Fitness Difficulty: Moderate- Fit enough to walk for hours on uneven terrain Technical Difficulty: Moderate- Little bit of scrambling over rocks Hike Duration: 4 hours Hike Distance: 6 km Hike Elevation Gain: 200 m About the Hike: An extremely scenic hike through the famous Leopard Canyon where the last Arabian Leopard was killed. We will be passing by the tree which held his remains for many years. First, we hike through a canyon to a viewpoint where you can enjoy beautiful scenery. Next we'll head back and through another canyon all the way to the famous hanging gardens where we'll enjoy a long break. This hike is not technical and is suitable for beginners who are fit enough to walk 6 km on uneven terrain. Hiking shoes are recommended for maximum comfort and safety. Transportation: 4 Wheel Drives are NOT needed to get to the meeting point; however they are required to get to the trail starting point. If you do not have a 4 wheel drive, we will carpool from the meeting point to the trail start while adhering to all Covid-19 Regulations. If you do not have a way to get to the meeting point either, please contact us and we are happy to help arrange a carpool for you. Health & Safety: 1. You have to pack at least 3 liters of water for the hike, we cannot stress on this point enough 2. Light snacks are recommended to keep you fueled 3. Hiking boots are strongly recommended for your safety and comfort 4. Smoking is strictly NOT allowed during the hike 5. Hike & Movie Night Policy: Cancellations will be accepted with full refund minus 5% processing fees until 72 hours from the adventure No refunds will be processed for cancellations within 72 hours of the adventure As we try to run Grasp the Adventure with a family spirit, specific cases can be considered Outdoor Climbing Policy: 15 days before the adventure: 95% Refund Between 7-15 days before the adventure: 50% Refund Less than 7 days before the adventure: 0% Refund
